No. Databricks Associate is a Databricks certification. DP-750 is a Microsoft certification specifically for Azure Databricks — covers Azure integration (VNet, Entra ID, ADLS, storage credentials) which the Databricks Associate doesn't go into.
If you work mainly on Azure: DP-750 is a strong signal for Microsoft-shop hiring. If you work multi-cloud or on AWS/GCP: Databricks Associate matters more. Many engineers in Europe end up with both.
